  Nice hot tub, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.

  1. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet had stains on it. I don't know if they change the sheet every time or now. 2. There's basically no space in the living room when all the beds were in use. For the same price (over $300 + tax), we could simply book 2 rooms in many other hotels nearby and gain plenty of space to use.

  We stayed for a week during ski season and would stay here again. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of all of the staff--from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the valets. My family of four also enjoyed the quality of the complimentary breakfast.

  The pool was open for the first few days of our visit, then unexpectedly closed for a few days--not sure why. Also, hot tub was working well on all but one night. That night, however, was the coldest of our stay so getting into a luke warm hot tub on that night was an unpleasant surprise.

  The location is great and the room is big

  Even Though the breakfast was ok, there isn´t a cozy place for you to enjoy it peacefully. As it was crowded I took a tray and had breakfast in my room.

  Hotel has potential, nice area, quiet, rooms are large, fireplaces, balcony etc.

  The friendlyness can be improved, pool area is not maintenained nicely, cleanlyness is also improvable, I would say the hotel is not managed as carefuly as needed. Sometimes also unfriendly personell.

  Room was perfect. Decor exciellent. Cleanliness met our very high standards.

  Outdoor pool was only open unto 9 pm. Would have been nice to have it open until 10 pm like most other hotels. With all there is to do in the area with a family it was tough to get back to the property for a swim before relaxing at night
